I heard through several people that they come out with a the idea of overcharging 37,000 for a about 27 squares of installed shingles. IKO brand... They were willing to go down to 25000 if you try to haggle with them. Definitely get other quotes before deciding
Stellar installed a new roof on our 120 year old house in the Park ave area in Rochester. The work involved ripping off the original cedar shake roof as well as another more recent layer. It was a big and hard job, to say the least, and it was done beautifully. The finished product appears to be very high quality. We were very impressed with the know-how and hard work of the crew.
