We recently had to deal with a serious mold issue in our attic and assumed that we needed to replace our roof. I called Brian - He was working in the area and took time to inspect our roof. - He inspected our roof and reported that our roof remained in good condition and did not need replacing (honest man)  - There are some minor issues – we did hire him to make maintenance repairs.
