Brian provided a great explanation of what he was going to do to make sure my roof was prepared for all the different weather Michigan brings us. He provided timelines and expectations, and kept to them! I had an unusual apparatus on my roof and he gave me a dollar amount to remove it if it became cumbersome to remove.
