I called Brian - He was working in the area and took time to inspect our roof. - He inspected our roof and reported that our roof remained in good condition and did not need replacing (honest man) - There are some minor issues – we did hire him to make maintenance repairs. Rusting nails, loose shingles etc. His quote was extremely reasonable. - I suggested that he come back annuall...
