Dermot and his team did an excellent job of installing hardwood floors in our downstairs. Excellent people, quality work, terrific product are three of the reasons you should use this company. We have more to work to do (stairs and upper floor) when we finish our remodel and we're confident that they'll do the same stellar job on this section as well. Good honest people who do terrific work.

They completed phase 1 of our hardwood floor installation, and we were very pleased with their work. More than that, they really helped us find the right flooring, which was not easy. We have chosen Tamalplais Floors twice to improve our circa 1910 home. Both times, Lalo and Isidro demonstrated high craftsmanship, courtesy and attention to detail. Dermot is always willing to come out to measure and suggest products. Tamalpais Hardwood Floors delivers high-quality work, with good people and it's locally-owned.

I had them install 800 square feet of hardwood flooring in my home. I am happy with the service. The floors look good. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very professional. The job had a couple of hitches. But I don't think I would hold them accountable. There was a delay in the job being finished on time so I was out of town when they finished and... Read more
