I had two finicky patches needing repair in an oak floor I also wanted to be sanded and refinished...You can't tell where the repair was made. Flawless.
The installer communicated with me throughout the process and mitigated the dust and smell with plastic tarps in doorways and over vents. House was immaculate when he left. Expensive but worth it.
