I got 10 estimates to get the roof on my townhome replaced. The first guy I talked to was Bryan from tar heel. He will tell you himself he isnt a salesman, but he was direct and held my hand throughout the entire process. I used his bid to negotiate with the other roofing companies and 3 of them said he does great work and they couldn't match his price. I have a large and difficult roof. It has a number of gables, a stone fireplace and a few large flat surfaces (above a sun porch and screen patio) requiring differing roofing materials and application methods. I had a number of estimates (from those that would attempt the job). Tar Heel provided the best estimate and also seemed to be the most qualified to handle the job.
