Texas Star Roofing installed our roof in 2011 and did an excellent job. We had no problems with the roof for the past 15 years. However this year (2026), Jay Williamson (Texas Star Roofing) did an inspection and found granules were missing from shingles all over the roof. Based on his recommendation, we filed a warranty claim with the shingle manufacturer.
