We had a roof leak issue and reached out to Texas Star since they were highly recommended on our neighborhood FB page. I explained the issue, they set a time to be there the next morning (9:45am). They arrived 5 minutes early and went right to it, climbed up, assessed the issue, and gave me a verbal quote on the spot. I agreed, they came back that same day and patched it right up. Texas Star Roofing installed our roof in 2011 and did an excellent job. We had no problems with the roof for the past 15 years. However this year (2026), Jay Williamson (Texas Star Roofing) did an inspection and found granules were missing from shingles all over the roof. Based on his recommendation, we filed a warranty claim with the shingle manufacturer.
