FL Southern Sold me a TPO roofing system, flat roof.. tapered to have no roof standing water. They removed any sub-strait plywood that was questionable. They say now it's settled and here shouldn't be any swells holding water.. I'm not done doing my due diligence on defective products and installation. They refused to correct the issue.. and Left..

I cannot recommend a business that does not have the courtesy or professionalism to return my calls asking for an estimate. On an initial call they took my name and phone but did not call back. I waited nearly 2 weeks then left them a voice mail, then a 2nd VM after another week. Nothing but wasted time and effort.

Highly unsatisfied. Our condo association hired this company and we asked before our roof was repaired what measures were expected to remove all nails from the front lawns where we walk with our dogs. My spouse stepped on one nail and luckily it did not go through the sole, another punctured one of our bicycle tires. In all 5 nails were found and I wish I could upload pictures of them all. Calls to Carlos were not returned and one call the associate ended up hanging the phone up on me.

I have called to get an estimate on my roof repair with Kevin, First appointment he did not make it on time and did not bother to call to cancel or reschedule until I called corporate and they re-scheduled him for the next wasting already my time. Next day he showed up checked on my roof that needed small repair and told me I will get an estimate in 24h, "well that was 3 weeks ago" I have called and followed up with their management about the estimate and they claimed that with the holiday he is... I called them and was told they would contact me within a few days to follow up for an estimate. I never received a call back. I then called back a week later and was told the same thing and again they never made contact. I called a third time, leaving a message for a third attempt and never received a call back. I was surprised they had good reviews about customer service when all I got was lip service. Very disappointed. They must be on "island time".
