Wanted to see my insurance estimate first before coming out and giving me an estimate I said no I don't want to do that as if you come out and say we would charge you $10,000 to repair your roof, however, if the insurance estimate states we will pay you $15,000 they would charge me the $15,000 instead of the original $10,000. Jay stated they don't give estimates first they always need to see and work off the insurance estimate sounds like a scam to me to cheat homeowners insurance companies. Bec...Read more

Terrific service! Lee was very knowledgeable and professional, and shared technical and practical info when we were thinking about upgrading to a class iv roof. The roofers were hard working and cleaned up beautifully, above and beyond my expectations. And our house looks great with its new roof! Texas Star is the ONLY roofing company, as far as I'm concerned!
