Way back in 2006 we began with slate repairs and replacing a flat roof section as well. This home has beautiful Vermont Mottled Green & Purple slate.
As an employee of the Roofing Company, and after 21 years I finally had my own roof, doors and gutters replaced! I experienced the full construction experience and LOVE the results! I chose GAF Williamsburg Slate shingles, Provia Door systems and a Nordic Gutter System. Having a large oak tree towering over my house, the Nordic's really outperform standard style gutters in moving the leaves out & down without clogging. In heavy rains, there is a fire hose stream of water coming off the roof out of the downspouts vs my old waterfalls of gutters running over previously.
