This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. First they charge you to come out, then send someone who calls himself a Christian. They are nice to you before you sign the contract... Than threatened you to sign the contract knowing you really needed that job done. After signing the contract, the threats start, calling you at work and yelling, etc... I was happy with the initial inspection, and the repair work seemed to be very efficient and professional. However, the person that was supposed to complete the final inspection missed the appointment -- they never showed up and never called to let me know why they were late. I had to call the main office a couple of times, and finally rescheduled the final inspection to a later date. I would have given a higher overall rating if the final inspection had been completed as scheduled.
