Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

TLC Home staged this beautifully maintained home in a 55+ community in Odenton after it had struggled to gain traction on the market. The property had been listed first as occupied and later vacant, yet buyers were not connecting with the space. Despite being relatively new and well cared for, the home competed directly with nearby new construction and model homes — making presentation especially critical.

Once staging was introduced, everything changed. TLC Home thoughtfully furnished and styled the home to highlight its best features, define each space with purpose, and create the lifestyle buyers were looking for. By adding warmth, scale, and emotional connection, staging helped the home stand out and clearly communicate its value.
