Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Annapolis Waterfront – One of Our Favorite Transformations

TLC Home staged this beautiful occupied waterfront home in Annapolis, creating one of our favorite before-and-after transformations. Working hands-on with the seller, we edited and simplified each space, using many of their wonderful existing pieces. We then brought in minimal, well-chosen furniture to complete the look and enhance flow without overwhelming the home’s natural charm.
Our primary focus was the entry room, which felt heavy and visually busy. By lightening, simplifying, and refining the layout, we turned it into a warm, welcoming introduction to the home—one that immediately set the tone for the rest of the waterfront property.
The results were stunning, and buyers agreed: the home sold in just two days.
