Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! TLC Home staged this two-story home in Harwood, a property tucked deep in the woods with a naturally rustic setting. Our goal was to brighten the interiors and create a design that felt fresh and inviting while still coordinating beautifully with the home’s natural surroundings.
We used light, airy furnishings, warm textures, and strategic accessories to balance the darker tones of the wooded environment. The result was a welcoming, harmonious look that honored the home’s rustic character while making the spaces feel more open, cohesive, and appealing to today’s buyers.
