Great Customer service. I had a leak and called Town & Country. Doug was able to detect the leak and said they could just fix the leak. I opted to have a new roof installed because it was 20 years old. Doug wrote up the bid and I accepted it. The crew arrived as expected and completed the installation in 1 and 1/2 days. Best of the Best. Wonderful customer service, from educating me on my roof (I now know what the underlayment is & it's function) to the folder of information (about my roof & the warranties to keep in one place for easy reference) when the job was done. had to call and ask for the estimate,after a month of waiting on them to send it, was three times higher then anyone else. Individual who came out to give me estimate was very rude. not happy with them at all. and wont ever refer them
