I did extensive research before our windows replacement project. I got 4 quotes and Ultra Windows was able to provide quality aluminum windows for the price of other companies' vinyl products ... and almost half of one bid! The warranty was not as robust as others (i.e., lifetime, breakage, etc.), but it was a good warranty. Ultra Windows replaced 6 windows in my house about 15 years ago. Service was very professional; windows not only looked great, but also reduced outside noise level. During COVID, we noticed a little crack in one of the windows. They came out immediately and replaced the windows without any issues.
