The previous owners had Siding work after the original install, breaking the original seal ultra made on the windows. Ultra came by and the house to investigate, because thier craftsmanship doesn't leak, and they wanted to know if they had a quality issue.       Randy and his team are true professionals. I have contracted Randy before to install 47 windows in my house, he and his team did a great job. This time however I contracted him to install a new exterior door. He and his team saw the job all the way through and made sure the door was installed properly and met my expectations.       This company is overpriced. We attend the same church as the business owner you would think he would have more reasonable pricing. He is a bit curt. We ended up using window & Door Works. Great pricing and excellent service. Unlike the other negative review we did get a quote and decided not to use their services.       Needed some advice on new construction windows. When I called Randy he told me that he only does replacement windows, but nevertheless spent OVER 1 HOUR of his time consulting me on different window manufacturers, what to look for, what to stay away from and offered that I call him back at any time should I have any questions. He is the most knowledgeable person about windows I have ever come across and truly wants to help you instead of just making $$$. I have never come across this before!
