I had a issue with my windows that Ultra had installed for the previous owners. The previous owners had Siding work after the original install, breaking the original seal ultra made on the windows. Ultra came by and the house to investigate, because thier craftsmanship doesn't leak, and they wanted to know if they had a quality issue.
