This company is overpriced. We attend the same church as the business owner you would think he would have more reasonable pricing. He is a bit curt. We ended up using window & Door Works. Needed some advice on new construction windows. When I called Randy he told me that he only does replacement windows, but nevertheless spent OVER 1 HOUR of his time consulting me on different window manufacturers, what to look for, what to stay away from and offered that I call him back at any time should I have any questions. He is the most knowledgeable person about windows I have ever come across and truly wants to help you instead of just making $$$. I have never come across this before!

Another 5-Star review for Ultra Windows! The whole-house window installation went smoothly and the crew left the site clean. The Don Young windows seem like a quality product and are a huge improvement over the 23 year-old single pane windows they replaced. During the installation our granite kitchen windowsill was accidentally cracked. Randy is an incredible man of integrity. I typically don't love interacting with "salesmen", but he wasn't pushy to simply "sell a product". He instead was very knowledgeable, honest and responsive. He backs his work and takes personal ownership as to the quality of the products he installs.
