John Farrell came out this cold and windy afternoon as scheduled and looked at my vinyl soffit. John determined what I thought was a broken J channel was actually just two pieces that had pulled apart. He grabbed a telescoping ladder from inside his truck and promptly climbed up 12 feet and by hand, realigned the pieces, snapped everything into place and offered to come back tomorrow to tack the channels firmly in place. I called Vista Roofing to check out a leak we had. They came out and looked. The cool part is while they were on the roof I was getting text messages with pictures of the issues they had found. The proof is in the pictures and to me that shows their integrity in the recommendations they provide. They went over with me what the issue was and why the previous repair (not done by Vista) was failing. I wish I would have used them from the beginning but I am glad I found them now. I hired vista roofing to redo all the siding and windows on my house. After all is said and done, definitely can’t say that I recommend this company for residential projects. I found myself through the whole process having to police something I was paying them to oversee and execute correct. Multiple things happen throughout the process but the biggest and most concerning issue is that there team blatantly ignored things like dry rot that was suppose to be ripped out and replaced with osb board....
