Ben was wonderful coming out with the drone to diagnose the problem including climbing into the jungle gym that is my attic. The stages to set up payment and work date were clear. The two work men who came out the following week to replace a row of shingles on my roof (to stop a leak) were very friendly, punctual and professional. They did a great job.
