Regarding the plywood replacement, our crew initially assessed the roof from the exterior, and at the time, the decking did not appear to be in poor condition from that perspective. However, we later recognized that the wood was in worse shape when viewed from the attic side. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we returned to replace the necessary decking to ensure the job was completed correctly. We also acknowledge your concerns about onsite supervision and cleanup: Our project supervisors oversee multiple aspects of a job, and while they may not remain on-site 100% of the time, they are responsible for ensuring work is completed properly. We sincerely apologize if any nails were left behind. Our team does perform a magnet sweep, but we recognize that some may have been missed, and we will use this as a learning opportunity to reinforce our cleanup procedures. While we’re glad the roofing work itself met your expectations, we regret any frustration caused by the process.
