Discovered a leak in my four year old roof. Contacted Vista to get an estimate on the Repair. Cody with Vista Roofing gave me a full detailed inspection report with pictures and video from a drone above. The videos included his explaining exactly what the issues were. To my utter surprise, Cody informs me that the roof shingles were installed incorrectly and the chimeny flashing was wrong and I find out later it was never replaced. Update as of 3/24/23: The owner (Joe) reached out to me shortly after this review was posted and apologized (profusely) for my subpar experience with two of his employees (Cody&Jillian). He assured me that I wouldn't have to communicate with them moving forward and convinced me to give Vista Roofing a second chance. I'm glad that I did. Another roofer and his crew (Mason) just fixed my roof this morning for a great price and it didn't take long at all! Everyone was polite and professional. I'm h... Read more
