Called on a Friday afternoon for an appointment for an estimate on a roof repair and gutter issues. Joe Wallace called me back in about 10 minutes and said he was in the area and would be by for the estimate in about 15 minutes. He climbed up on roof, climbed inside the attic to the leak and sent me an estimate for repairs by Monday.
