After watching my neighbors roof repair and being told many roofs in the neighborhood have leaks I contacted Vista Roofing and they came out and did a free full evaluation including drone, going into the attic, and walking on the roof. There was no charge for this evaluation. No leaks were found. I did have a detached gutter that I have known about for years. They repaired that gutter and did an excellent job.
