Owner Kris Werner is proud of the business's "no-pressure" approach when working with homeowners, whether it be to patch leaks, fix gutters, or build siding. Werner has more than 30 years of experience as a roofing contractor. I used Werner back in 2019 when I had a leak around the chimney. I thought they did nice work and the person I interacted with was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. It took over a month to get the work scheduled, but they patched it so no more leaking until the actual work was completed. Fast forward to Summer of 2020. After I decided that the huge icicles on two sides of my roof weren’t going to just disappear on their own I gave Werner’s a call because they were the ones who’d put my new roof on last summer. They were terrific to work with and I thought someone would know what to with all that snow and those darn icicles. And they did!! Roof inspection guy was great and was able to explain and demonstrate why my roof was leaking. Hired them to install a new roof (and replace a gutter that was damaged) several months ago, and everything seems to be holding up great! No more leaks! They were also great about clean-up after the work.

They were fast in responding to questions. They were able to come in and strip off and install the entire roof in one day and they cleaned up the mess really well. Reasonable price in comparison to other businesses I talked to. With the gutter installation it was the same. Installed a high quality, larger capacity gutter. The price was reasonable and they were able to come in and do all of the work the same day.
