Been a customer for years and Werner's has my complete confidence. Prompt response time, honest assessment of roof condition, and the roofing products they recommend are excellent. Just had them out to inspect my roof for after-winter damage and was delighted to learn that my 19 year old roof with GAF shingles is in great condition. I personally did not have them do my roof but I will say that they let all of their supplies and trash blow all over into yards around the neighborhood, I found lots of large pieces of black roofing material in my yard. I think they should do a better job at keeping the work area contained and not littering all over others yards.
I had a water spot in the ceiling after a rain storm. The people at Werner are very nice and helpful. When they came for my appointment, the technician( I'm not sure if that's the correct title) looked around and asked questions to get the right idea of my problem. While He was working, He took photos of what was wrong and what he was doing. This was above and beyond what I expected.
