Owner Kris Werner is proud of the business's "no-pressure" approach when working with homeowners, whether it be to patch leaks, fix gutters, or build siding. Werner has more than 30 years of experience as a roofing contractor. Werner, who oversees the company's crews, claims that his workers make a point of being trustworthy, diligent, and professional, which leads to favorable recommendations. "We have the disposition. I had a couple roof leaks and called werner for an estimate. I did the online chat on a Saturday and was responded to within the hour. It was very easy and convenient to have an appointment scheduled by Monday. Mark came and assessed my roof only to find out there was more damage then I expected. He came back the very next day and sealed the roof as best he could to get me through the winter. He did this at no cost!! Just to help me out. Werner Roofing put a rain gutter and downspout on our house and everything was great, from the first phone call to the finished job. We asked them to change our downspout a few days later, and they showed up the same day. After we had a heavy rain and lots of wind (we're on Lake Michigan) we asked them to make yet another change and Jim came out the same day. We have never had a company that was so responsive, friendly, and good at what they do!
