Owner Kris Werner is proud of the business's "no-pressure" approach when working with homeowners, whether it be to patch leaks, fix gutters, or build siding. Werner has more than 30 years of experience as a roofing contractor. The salesman Mark that came out was incredibly knowledgeable and upfront about the products they use and what would be required for the job. I was told that I would be receiving communication from the production manager about how things were progressing as far as scheduling, ordering material, etc. two weeks after signing the contract I had still heard nothing from them.
