The estimate experience was easy and professional. The quote was reasonable, in fact was significantly less that a competitor. I liked being able to sign the agreement electronically. The installers were quiet as they worked. We had company over the day they were here and they worked on opposite sides of the house so we could still visit. Warner Roofing replaced my roof in one day. The roof looks great and the clean up was spotless. I used Werner because they have a good reputation. They replaced a roof that was 12 years old that should have lasted 20 to 30 years. The roof failed due to poor workmanship. You really do get what you pay for.

Mike Werner’s team did an efficient and quality gutter installation. They were very responsive and communicated well regarding the schedule. The gutters look beautiful. The only minor opportunity for improvement would be gathering up the dropped screws on the decks once the install was done. Minor annoyance stepping on them in my bare feet.
