Mark Reiss from Werner came out and did the most in depth inspection I have seen from any roofing company. He located several suspect areas where wind driven rain was likely getting under the shingles and causing roof deck issues. The result has been a complete tear off, new shingles skylights and flashing. Colin and Mark were great!! No pressure to commit. They even replaced the rubber boots on the roof at no cost, no expectation. I was impressed with both of them which makes me impressed with the company. The economy has made us nervous right now and the company has offered a lot of incentives to help us make a decision. Absolutely no pressure.

My husband and I really needed a new roof since it has been leaking since we bought the house 7 years earlier..Finally it couldn't wait any longer ..I had called a few roofers in the area and decided on Werners..Glad we did..Mark and the guys started early in the morning and was totally finished by late that afternoon..This included clean up too...we had a couple of minor issue's a leaky pipe ( not caused by them) which was repaired immediately after I called..Also a small issue with the fasci... The representative was very thorough in the process of explaining the roof replacement, some gutter replacement. The crew doing the work were very hard working plus answering all questions I had. The replaced boards on my chimney facade that were rotted and even repainted at no charge. I would use them again for other services they provide. I highly recommend Werner Roofing.
