With the litany of five star reviews, this company has you think they would have customer service nailed down. However, that's not a case. I'm leaving a one-star review based solely on poor customer service poor and a poor sales presentation. Love the new walk-in shower. The installation process went very well with very little interruption to our daily routine. David Elms the installer was very professional and was very neat and clean. The shower really enhanced the look of my bathroom. It was a very good experience.
