Our designer consultant William Carter was very helpful, honest and explained the process to us very well. David Davila was the installer and he did an awesome job. He explained how the shower worked, how to clean it & when will be the perfect time to use our new shower. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Two thumbs ups from the Simpson Family.
