Experience with this 1st bathroom was surprisingly easy. Dawn my account manager has kept in touch and is very responsive. Matt and Ryan who did the work were really nice and respectful. The work that was done was top notch. My house is 50 years old so they definitely had their work cut out for them. The shower is beautiful and on top of that I know the plumbing and work behind the walls is solid. Can’t wait to have the 2nd bathroom completed.

This process was only supposed to take 2 days and it ended up taking 4days. The company only sent one man to do this job and that is unacceptable. The young man they did send was very professional and respectful and we did appreciate that. Thank you Darren you were great working into the early morning hours to get this job done.

Juan and Carlos were fantastic from the minute Juan called to say they had left Memphis which is almost three hours away until the completion. Additionally, Juan made checks with us throughout the install including leaving the water off just a minimum amount of time. Jennifer Sharp was our sales person and she was so nice and thorough.
