Rude staff. Talked to a rep Saturday (1/31) at the Home show. They were supposed to follow up on 2/23. Instead called me twice this morning (2/2). When I pointed out they called twice 3 weeks earlier than expected, the rep said "So the 23rd then. What time?" I told him not to call, that I'll call when I'm ready, and he just hung up on me. No goodbye. No apology for mixing up the timing. Not sure they handle communication on actual jobs, but with this as the initial interaction, I won't be findin... Read more

AJ and his crew installed my new toilet, shower and bathtub. They were friendly and courteous and most importantly professional and on time.
