Rude staff. Talked to a rep Saturday (1/31) at the Home show. They were supposed to follow up on 2/23. Instead called me twice this morning (2/2). When I pointed out they called twice 3 weeks earlier than expected, the rep said "So the 23rd then. What time?" I told him not to call, that I'll call when I'm ready, and he just hung up on me. AJ and his crew installed my new toilet, shower and bathtub. They were friendly and courteous and most importantly professional and on time. He kept me informed throughout the process and addressed any questions or concerns I had. Cindy the zintex repasitative was professional and addressed my concerns aswell.

Everything from Logan's first visit spending over 90 minutes explaining everything, showing us all the colors, materials and styles to the cost and expected time from start to finish, then the gentlemen that came out to install was amazing. Everything, absolutely everything was awesome! Trevor and his crew including Jose explained everything they were about to do.
